Spanish mackerel

Soy sauce:
1 soup spoonful
Mirin:
1 soup spoonful
Sake:
3 soup spoonful
Yuzu (Japanese citrus):
4 slices
Mix all the ingredients and put fish in it to be marinated over night.
Broil fish and serve.
